Honing technology is a kind of processing technology of precision hole, whose guiding direction is based on the processed surface, under a certain of feeding pressure, through the relative movement between tool and parts to remove finishing allowance, whose cutting trail is cross screen texture. By selecting correct equipment and tools the geometric accuracy and roughness of surface can be improved. Honing tool, honing oil and clamp have important effects to honing result besides machine tool. Therefore to solve different problem on the production the reasonable configuration must be carried out about the following items in order to find best solution.
Honing is only way to do a finish machining of interior bore of part in manufacturing industry. Select the honing tool of different type; you cannot only process high-hardness alloy steel but also soft steel, copper, aluminum alloy, graphite, ceramic, etc.

With contrast to hand-operation or diamond reamer, the efficiency is number of times higher. Another feature of honing is that the surface of parts processed have cross net texture, these net texture are equivalent to number of oil storage tanks, and to form oil layer, therefore it can improve lubricant condition and service life of parts. |
